This is our response to a continental problem.
Conventional leadership programs produce capable professionals. The Climb4Dreams Fellowship forms servant leaders with a redemptive vision who return to their communities not to extract, but to restore.
Over six months, twenty carefully selected fellows move through the intellectual tradition that shaped free and prosperous societies, the character formation that makes knowledge actionable, and the challenge of developing a Big Audacious Goal they will pursue for the rest of their lives.
